Social Media

EVENTS

Registration for an event

All personal data provided by you for the registration of one of our events will be processed for the purpose of handling your registration and participation to the event. Legal basis is your consent given by using the online registration form created to register for the event or by providing us your registration information via other means (business card, email or in other form). Images of participants within events and list of participants

We process images for the purpose of reporting about our events. Images may be passed to media undertakings, social media platforms and similar services.

Furthermore, we might include your name, title and the name of your organization, your position in this organization and your email address in our list of participants. This list will be provided to the other participants of the same event to enhance interaction between the participants and to offer better opportunities for networking.
